McCain obtained a copy of the now famous "dossier" and brought it to the FBI, before the election.

McCain has been part of the deep state coup before during and following the election, and continuing into the present, including defeating the ObamaCare reform.

Do you think it all results from Trump calling him a coward because he was captured in the war? I wonder.

He’s been a traitor for a long time. I’m not surprised by anything I find out about him. Rot in hell McCain.

McCain has been a eager patsy of both ISIS (or visa versa)
and some at the FBI (who created the odious dossier
to coverup and continue Pizzagate and the murder
of judges and witnesses).

How did McCain get involved in the first place. The DNC, Clinton Campaign, and FBI paid Steele.

...and the super mysterious Source E (“an ethnic Russian” and “close associate of Republican US presidential candidate Donald Trump”).

Just a hunch, but I wonder if Papadopolous, an ethnic Greek, not an ethnic Russian, was source E. Consider: Papadopolous was an unvetted grifter who drifted from the Carson campaign, where he was a notorious do-nothing, to Trump's "foreign policy advisory team," which was staffed by nobodies like Carter Page because the GOP in-crowd wanted nothing to do with Trump. Papadopolous is not being paid by the Trump campaign, and he's young and has no apparent source of income, but as soon as he's on the Trump team he's off to London which is not a cheap place to hang out and far from the daily operations of the campaign. Yet soon he's emailing Manafort about linking up the Trump people with Russian officials - and Manafort is shooting him down. Papdopolous is also spending time in Greece, where Greek politicians and officials are under the impression that he's some big shot in the Trump campaign, and he's wined and dined. He's also a serial liar and fabricator, a guy with Muchhausen's syndrome, who likes to talk big. A guy like that might want to talk to Christopher Steele or Steele's contacts, especially since Steele was offering money. Which is also how he may have become of interest to the FBI. Papadapolous was arrested in July 2017, but it wasn't disclosed until October, and apparently in that interim it's speculate he was wearing a wire. Now, during that interim, it's unlikely that he was talking to the Trump people, because they knew that he was an idiot and was not in consideration for any official post. But what if the FBI had the wire on him trying to "confirm" the dossier, which would make sense if Papadopolous was a source for Steele. But they came up with nothing because Papadopolous is either a serial liar and fabricator, or possibly, he was a Democrat plant all along. Stay tuned.

The only reason most of us voted for Mccain was Sarah Palin. But true to form, he showed her no loyalty whatsoever after they’d lost. His history shows he is a man of no loyalty to anything but himself. If they have to bury him in Arlington, I hope it is next to Ted Kennedy. Then I hope some day we can build a bathroom on top for visiting guests who might wish to show their respect for these two “great” Americans.

I truly hope one day Juan McLame is found guilty of treason and sedition; even if posthumously.

His name deserves to be treated with the disdain it deserves and so does his memory/legacy.

Trump merely repeated Chris Rock's "joke" from SNL -- a show that McCain had hosted, or was going to host in the future (not sure when Rock made his "joke", probably was during the 2008 campaign). Has McCain ever spoken a word about its origin, or criticized the partisan shills at SNL or "comedian" Chris Rock for it?

President Trump has handled McCain like a boss from the beginning, calling him out by insulting the one and only thing McCain hangs all of his credibility and glory on.

From then on, in seeking Trump’s destruction, McCain has revealed his own true nature and character as only McCain himself could do.

T’would be quite a lesson to see the house McCain has built during his “lifetime of public service” come crashing down upon him during his last days on Earth, with full disclosure replacing his maverick facade.

And... McCain is but one of many who’ve built their own sand castles by the sea and now fear the rising Trumpian tide.

The political class has both very bad and very good people and some in the middle that do bad and good. McCain is one of those in the middle. However McCain has done much more bad than good.

I do not wish him into his grave though he will be their soon. I wish he would just go away and not be heard from again.

Would it be difficult—or fruitless— to submit a FOIA request for the fbi files on McCain?

David Kramer, a former State Department official who, in late November 2016, traveled to London to receive a briefing and a copy of the Trump dossier from its author, former British spy Christopher Steele. Kramer then returned to the U.S. to give the document to Sen. John McCain.

Kramer is a senior fellow at the McCain Institute for International Leadership at Arizona State University.

McCain later took a copy of the dossier to the FBI’s then-director, James Comey. But the FBI already had the document; Steele himself gave the dossier to the bureau in installments, reportedly beginning in early July 2016.

There are so may oddities in these events they definitely hint at the picture being incomplete.

- Why was McCain the contact person for retrieving the dossier?

- Why would McCain’s agent Kramer need to personally travel to London to obtain the document? What no secure email available? No encrypted DropBox account available?

- Why was the document allegedly delivered to the FBI when the FBI already had the document?

My guess is there was a briefcase full of cash that needed to be personal delivered to Steele for the fake dossier. Kramer was the bagman.

There was no need to pickup the dossier as obviously the FBI already had it. What the FBI needed was a mule to deliver the cash. It might look a bit fishy to have an FBI agent transporting a briefcase full of cash overseas, so they lined up McCain as the mule. They knew, A) McCain hates trump, and B) The FBI very likely has a good stash of blackmail documents hanging over McCain’s head as leverage from the S&L scandal.

So the story of traveling overseas to retrieve the dossier is a fiction. McCain’s office wasn’t bringing anything back from Steele, it was delivering a payoff to Steele.
