On the night before the election, all Trump has to do is ask his supporters to turn out, as a personal favor to him.

Boom. 95% turnout. Game over.

Is a gallery of hush money legislators going to be released before the 2018 elections? Could be a real game changer.

“The same happened with Reagan’s first term. A lot of Republicans didn’t care for Reagan, then they saw him winning, then they climbed on board the bandwagon.”

True, but Reagan never had Republican majorities in Congress, so enough Democrats got aboard as well to pass his tax cuts,(mainly because of his bully pulpit approach + see *below). But now All Dems are opposed to Trump, so he doesn’t have that help... So far.... :-)

Stephen Moore: “Nobody ever lost an election for cutting taxes, but the graveyard is full of politicians who’ve raised taxes.”

Sessions is moving slowly because he is laying the groundwork for a takedown of a big chunk of the FBI and DOJ.

Seeing is believing...on that one.

Well the goal for Trump’s first year was to get the Republicans on his side, he’s almost achieved that now.

If Sessions weren’t moving toward a goal acceptable to Trump...we would have heard about it from Trump.

> Rush evidently has two problems here:
1) He needs to better vet his friends, because they’re stupid
2)They really never were conservatives

Not “has” but “had”. That was the past, as Rush clearly states:

“...so many people that I ***used to think*** were on my side...”

Listened to Rush today, sounds a lot different than he used to.

Might be looking at retiring soon?

As far as his predictions, or anybody else’s, the bottom line is that the Mnuchin/Cohn tax increase on middle class taxpayers is going to cost GOP seats.

We will find out if the GOP still holds the majority in 11 months.

Impeachment is a specious topic, Florida is gone, Trump only won the State by 105,000 votes and between a couple of hundred thousand Puerto Ricans that have rolled in here in the last few months and pissed off whites that have to pay more taxes, he has no path to reelection.

So 2020 will bring a communist into the WH and they will allow the chump change tax cuts that some middle class taxpayers are getting now to expire as the law that he signed today dictates.

Bottom line is to go into an all cash business or pass through.

Don’t let your kids grow up to be W-2 suckers.

Thanks for reposting that reality.

Everyday most of us say Thank you Lord for President Trump!

With emphasis on the ‘almost’. See the part about Max Boot, which he expanded on in another segment today. That said, some neverTrumpers are coming to appreciate some of the things he’s done. Rush mentioned a begrudging type “positive” article by NTer George Will last week.

If the Senate seats went the same way as their states voted for president, we should pick up 10 seats in 2018. Holding even would be a horrible result.

Rush was great today when he was wishing everyone Christmas cheer, don’t know if he did the Mannheim Steamroller thing this year.

Rush Limbaugh is a great American on par with George Washington and Teddy Roosevelt.

.
Teddy Roosevelt was about as great as Ross Perot.

Their politics were roughly identical.

Any discussion of collusion needs to start with a basic question: why is it assumed the Russians preferred Trump over Clinton ? I never hear or read that question being asked. The notion that Clinton would’ve been tougher on Russia is preposterous. Putin would only need to write a check to the Clinton foundation and Hillary would do as he said.

“Increasing our seats in the House and Senate....”

I’m always hearing about the Senate math - namely that the Dems are defending twenty three seats in Trump states - which bodes well for R. Is there a similar math for the House?

(I only scanned Rush’s transcript, if he addressed this)

Thanks for any summary you might have of the GOP outlook for the House.
