That’s true, but why is Mueller’s “investigation” allowed to continue? Why haven’t objections to it been taken to the Supreme Court to put a stop to it? Why hasn’t the Supreme Court intervened as it did in Florida in 2000?
If he means that Hillary and the FBI hired Steele, the FBI, and Ohr's wife to pay Russians to write a fantasy piece about golden showers provided by Russian prostitutes, then use that contrived Russian "evidence" to run to the FISA court to allow Hillary supporters within our government intelligence agencies to spy on the Trump campaign, then, sure, there was Russian involvement in our election process. If he means the Russians got Trump into the White House, then the judge needs a rubber room.
Is Sessions still living?
Funny how quickly the FBI found Trump’s e-mails & they STILL cannot find Shrillary’s e-mails.
Agree, if you read the letter written by the lawyer for the PTT it clearly states the statutes that the GSA and FBI violated.
While I generally always agree with the judge, I find is arguments here not compelling.
Napolitano contradicts himself in this piece. First he says the GSO owns the documents and then later he says they belong to the PTT. GSO does not own the documents it was criminal for them to release them. The Judge is wrong in this case.
In a word, NO. What needs to follow is, investigation, charges, grand jury, arrest, perp walk, jury trial, conviction, sentencing and jail time.
“....why is Muellers investigation allowed to continue? Why havent objections to it been taken to the Supreme Court to put a stop to it?”.....
Trump is smart to avoid firing Mueller. So far, after a lot of wasted money, Mueller hasn’t come up with ANYTHING close to getting Trump “dumped”. By allowing the Mueller “witch hunt” to continue until it dies for lack of interest, Trump will surface “clean”, by NOT firing Mueller only proves it. After a significant waste of time and money, Mueller will leave, having found nothing. A BIGLY WIN for Trump.
