And yet you approve of men in state custody being murdered by other prisoners.
Where did I says I approve of a murder in prison by prisoners?
What I said is this:
Those "other murderers" would just be the "executioners" in this instance. Our regular appointed executioners would be glad to get a break from their very dark jobs.
Which is not the same as approving.

In the absence of a legal sentence, there is no executioner.
No execution in the legal sense, but still an execution.
If someone kills that man, it is murder. The state can *never* condone murder.
It is murder. I never said it wasn't.
And of course, the state would never condone that, and the murdering prisoner would be facing murder charges.

>>Scum like this should be tortured and then face public execution.<<
Agree with you 100%, but I would add that the torture and execution should be carried out within seven days of the perp’s apprehension. NO EXCEPTIONS!

>>Behead him.<<
Yes, but since that’s too humane for this beast, torture him until he BEGS to be beheaded, then strap him in the guillotine face up.

“Which is not the same as approving.”
If the matter went to trial, I doubt that you would ever convince a jury of that.
