The Daily Caller article is based on an American Public Media (Minnesota Public Radio) article, which is long, but details how the Minneapolis PD has gotten rid of experts and replaced them with “diverse” evaluators with little to no experience in interviewing and assessing cops, as well as reducing the psychological testing done to assess fitness. A surprisingly good article, even if intended as a hit piece on cops.
