Pushing for diversity just for the sake of diversity is racism.
The basic problem is the lack of qualified applicants, so that’s were the efforts should be made.
We should all agree that the best qualified should be hired for ALL positions.
Enough of this “equal” crap, I want the best and brightest to be in the offices of all enterprises and government.
