California basically created this then ruined their own farmland stopping the water for the "environment" and a river smelt, now there is pollution in all rivers not just the Sacramento river. Check the news up here in the NorCal wars with dope, acreage, pollution, guns and drugs and money. It's out of hand.

All this crap to me is just exacerbating a bad situation and playing favoritism to convicts, but again they're all cons in the eyes of the feds. No answer here. Drug war goes on, it's big business.

I think via the bad open border(s) and all the dealing and grows going on it's worse than prohibition but that was my grandparents era and there were not too fond of telling tales of those days.
