Brian Ross is the same reporter who got all giddy with excitement with the shooting at the movie theater hoping it would turn out to be a tea party member and set out to research to see if he was and then went ahead and identified, on air, a completely different person with a similar name and even said he couldn’t be sure it was the same person but went ahead and reported it because this person was a member of the tea party. Absolutely messed up.
Fake news was in this instance, lie news
