Fox and Friends just had on a PR person from the DOJ. They will be doing something about this, although they cannot say at this time.
Some things to consider would be taking away funding of public institutions, taking away research grants, opening up government lands in the state for oil exploration leases. One thing I would also consider although it probably would not happen is BRAC a couple of bases.

This is a war. Whites don’t riot, but if half of San Francisco burned, that would be a lesson to the American hating left in California. The perp needs to be dealt with directly and the officials who set this up with sanctuary policies need to be judged like in roman times.

Problematic. They can’t target the jury even if there was selection bias. Nor could they target the state judge or prosecutor, as that takes an inordinate amount of pressure from Washington, or even acts of congress, comparable to the Civil Rights acts of the late 1950s and 1960s.
If juries can’t or won’t convict based on state law, that treads the razor’s edge to jury nullification. All told, this would be a tough nut to crack.
Even pressing federal charges right now probably won’t work. But what could work is after deportation, if he is picked up in the US again, hopefully in the CBP zone near the border, he can be transported to a jurisdiction out of California and the 9th Circuit, for trial on federal charges.
This would mean either the 10th Circuit, or the 5th Circuit.

10th Circuit: 11 Republican, 10 Democrat
5th Circuit: 14 Republican, 8 Democrat

The more things like this and all the ridiculous demonstrations AKA riots and kneeling nonsense happens the more the rational, clear thinking, patriotic American looks in disgust and maintains that disgust when they enter the election booth. When you observe the silence of our leaders, who appear to be too frightened to voice opinions.. “Don’t judge crap”...who, hopefully, will use these events at election to the become winners.
Thankfully, we now have a wonderful, outspoken, Big Mouth (a compliment) who will perhaps influence people to wake up.
