I just asked Alexa if Mohammed was a real person...she said yes
I asked her if Jesus Christ was a real person and she said she didn’t know.
It’s almost too “politically correct” to be real.
People that would gladly send half the population to interment camps, are not “Liberals”, they are Fascist totalitarians.

Don’t believe everything you hear or read immediately.
Alexa doesn’t even have this kind of stuff preprogrammed - she gets it off of an internet search and went to a bad source and read what the source said. Or this is a hoax.
As far as the rest, you can just unplug the device when not in use. It does not have a battery.

This guy is obviously not a straight shooter. He’s an ignoramus if he thinks these things are all preprogrammed into the device...literally acts like the device is dodging his questions and forming its own opinions...it’s not that smart of a device. When you ask questions the device responds if it can find an internet source that specifically answers that same question and just reads what the search finds. And she is not always trying to sell you stuff as he claims...you have to actually be asking about products to get those kinds of questions.
That was Alexa on Amazon fire tv. I wouldn’t own an
Echo.
She is not directly programmed to say much of anything she just pulls it off the internet.
You can also set a ‘reminder’ to have her repeat what you just said.
That was the same response I got - actually I didn’t even ask it - she responded to Stephen Crowder asking it when I watched the YouTube video.

Of course, it all depends on *which* sites they have programmed it to “pull from”. e.g. if it is programmed to get info from lefty sources, you’ll get lefty info.
Another possibility is that someone troll edited Wikipedia at the exact time he asked the question by mistake as that is where she reads the answer about Jesus word for word from the first lines on the entry - and it was later reverted by another user - or he could have even troll edited it himself at that precise moment.
