IMHO her fear should be not of a physical variety, but things in the legal area. Whilst the dominate media portrays Tea Partiers as knuckle dragging inbred troglodytes, they are in actuality, Dr's, Lawyers, Computer Techies, Engineers, CPA's, and small business men and women of all stripes. Just going to the meetings my IQ gets a boost ;-).

I'd be concerned that those who were targeted will proceed with legal action against her personally via treading on their civil rights ( Why not ? ) to class action lawsuits against her and or the IRS. Ya I know you can't sue certain branches or people in Gov't, bla, bla, bla. However we have legal eagles that will find interesting niches to do so.

FR legal Eagles please chime in, where I am off base here, I think her legal woes are just beginning...
