"I'm going to cast my ballot on December the 12th, and I do believe the nominee of the party is the one I'll vote for," Ivey said. "I believe in the Republican Party, what we stand for, and most important, we need to have a Republican in the United States Senate to vote on things like the Supreme Court justices, other appointments the Senate has to confirm and make major decisions. So that's what I plan to do, vote for Republican nominee Roy Moore."

While I am grateful she isn't turning on Moore like lots of other people, this is a tepid endorsement speaking about party loyalty, Senate seats and cold stuff like that. She then says she has no reason to not believe the women. Really?

Slim pickins indeed to find people of any clout that are all in for Roy Moore.

It is now so obvious that this was an organized hit by the DC Republicans that I don’t know how we can still be discussing it.

What she should say is something like:

“Now that the Democrats are reduced to VOTING NO! on everything and everyone President Trump puts forward, not voting Republican is no longer an option for anyone who supports conservative principles.”

“Should the Democrats behave more responsibly in the future, I may reconsider alternatives to having to vote for a possibly flawed candidate.”

Throw it back to the Democrats.

That’s similar to what I tell my parents, who are FDR/JFK Democrats - “I would have loved to vote for a different Republican who put forward the same positions as Trump, but the Republican Party, and the media, will not permit such a person to run.”

People of Alabama are about to speak and blow the doors off Congress.

The right is pissed off and we are just getting started.

Me thinks they’re a lot more than just saddened. They’re probably busy as hell changing their underwear because of this high profile endorsement by a female Governor.
