YES AND YES!! Why? BECAUSE IT IS A CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHT! Until that constitutional right is repealed or amended, EVERY US CITIZEN HAS A RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS!! Did you not read my whole post? If selling crack to school children was a constitutional right, you have a right to sell crack to school children.It does not matter whether you agree with it or not, it is a RIGHT. My point being is you CANNOT supersede the US constitution by local laws, you can’t otherwise you start getting these little totalitarian states sprouting up all over the country which is exactly what is happening in leftist areas all over the country. Where does it end? There has to be an amendment! Read this.......

I recently won a rifle in a local raffle and as expected had to go through a background check before I was allowed to take possession. Basically, a series of a few very simple question which I had to answer “Yes” or “No” to and in a few minutes, I walked out the door with the rifle. I could NOT have lied on any of those questions since answering “Yes” to the first question, “Are you the purchaser of this weapon?” was the ONLY “YES” I could have listed. Had I answered “Yes” to any of the other questions would have set off alarm bells, red flashing lights, etc. and I would NOT have received that rifle. The questions are set up to trap you should you lie.

Absolutely. I don’t give a squat if knives and the like get into a plane. How many guns and bombs slipped through the screening? Actually, who cares about small guns. Passengers might be shot but the plane won’t go down and the pilots will be safe behind their cabin door.
Mine goes straight through. My brother who has a top secret clearance is always denied initially, then cleared. Very weird.
