Sgt. Bergdahl’s Sentence May Be Lighter Because of Trump’s Comments

is a lie.

Judge uses citizen Trump's comments as an excuse for his decision risking his removal and possible disbarment

would be closer to the truth.

See #159

Not a word about a president at the time actually making statements while he was in the chain of command

I just heard on the radio news that the traitor’s lawyers will appeal his dishonorable discharge.

If I were them I would just slink away and not make any more waves.

This “judge” using citizen Trump’s comments as an excuse for his decision should put him at risk for removal and possible disbarment

I’d prefer the families use this as the basis of a civil lawsuit.

After all, Bergdahl admitted his guilt. Should be an easy lawsuit.

Before another day is out they need to dig up Private Slovik and present him a Congressional Medal of Honor. It’s the only just thing to do.

I quoted it ["my comments"] to you precisely.

This was your reply to me that you are referring to...

“... but I think people have heard my comments in the past.” Donald j Trump, October 16, 2017. I know you don’t want to hear it but that is enough. The first half of the quote was the “no comment” but he just couldn’t leave it at that.

How is anyone supposed to know from that what your "precise quote" is?

Regardless, citizen Trump’s harsh criticism of Sgt. Bergdahl, which was more than justified, is in no freaking way responsible for this Obama-loving judge’s lighter sentence. The "JUDGE" is responsible for his sentence and should be investigated.

'No prison time' is irreversible, but Bergdahl's lawyers will end up getting him honorably discharged. After all, didn't Susan Rice say Bergdahl "served with honor and distinction"?

This disgusting charade exemplifies THE TOTAL EMASCULATION OF AMERICA.

Could the U.S. win a war against the North Koreans? Given the total emasculation of our military, I'm not so sure.

I’d prefer to see both happen, civil lawsuit and removal of judge.

Judges are accountable for their actions and this judge and his decision, if the Lying NYT’s actually quotes him correctly, should be questioned by the military judiciary - for both the decision and the reasoning for his decision.

But wake up, people, this sentence is the Presidents fault and he also needs to clam up about the Terrorist from the other day or he’s going to screw that up, too.

No, you wake up. The kenyan stuck his camel nose were it didn’t belonged for 8 years without repercussions.

This decision has nothing to do with POTUS. As long as leftists and careerists have nothing to fear from conservatives they will toe the progressive line. That’s all the “judge” did here.

Trump wasn’t on trial. Although, there are to many wish he was.
Even if it’s for having an opinion.

MSM is saying that President Trump’s remarks influenced the judge’s decision. Of course, they’ll put the blame on our president and not on the judge. UGH!

Obamacare? Those fascist propagandists never said that of Kenyan when he often attacked SCOTUS on matters before them.

To me it looks like the Judge is another lunatic Trump hater and he let Bergdahl go solely to spite Trump. Incredible to me someone like that is a military Judge.

“They’re setting up sentencing, so I’m not going to comment on him. But I think people have heard my comments in the past.”

I see nothing wrong with that. Everybody comments on cases. Judges who use that as an excuse for their decisions should probably be removed.

Never Trumpers always appear at moments like this to project their moral superiority above POTUS. Don’t expect rational response from them. They look and sound exactly like progressive Democrats right now. How funny is that?

When I can, I don’t let them get away with it. Make ‘em prove their accusations. They never do.

In that sense Never Trumpers lie like the Lying Left. Hell, maybe they are the Lying Left.
