Also, attorneys are eagle-eyed when it comes to stories about their clients in the media. If they don’t have an “alleged” or “purported” in there, the shyster can claim a jury may have been influenced by the omission.

OK I see a problem here. This guy has a Florida driver’s license. You can get a driver’s license for 9 years in Florida. The whole argument to give all these people driver’s license was to keep track of them I see it has failed... I don’t even know how he got them the DMV wouldn’t even take my marriage license to change to my married name because they didn’t like the looks of it...wth

You know, it once worked nearly that fast. Zangara attempted to kill FDR on Feb. 19, 1933—he missed and killed Chicago mayor Cermak. Zangara was executed on March 20, 1933.
