Naw.
Trump can pardon for inequality of justice when the time comes.
The more the circus goes on the more it will turn people against the real perpetrators of high crimes in the swamp.

>> It’s clear now that Mueller and Trump haven’t been at odds for a while now, and that Hillary/Podestas are the targets.
************************************************************
Is this the general consensus at FR now? Because I don’t see this at all.

Cabal member Mueller suddenly decides to throw his fellow cabal members under the bus? Why would he do this? Did he have a Come-to-Jesus moment? I am just not buying it but as I’ve said before, eventually we will know.

Two questions:

(a) Can there be two (or more) special prosecutors at any given time? (meaning, could Congress or the President begin a parallel investigation into HRC and Obama wrongdoing?)

(b) If not, why can’t prosecution (of HRC at least) begin in the regular justice system?

“Collusion” isn’t a crime and does not require a pardon.

Don’t forget Mr. Mueller’s first invoice is due in a couple of weeks. Will congress let him continue ?

“(a)” is yes. No law against it. Have as many special prosecutors as you want.

“(b)is if not.” They don’t have to recuse themselves.

Hillary is really burnt toast, which the process is about to get started. The reason: Victoria Toensing who represents the FBI agent who is the star undercover witness having the minutia details on the Russian Uranium One deal. He has 3 recording on Hillary 2 audio and 1 video to back him up. He will present evidence of Hillary’s bribery, kickbacks, extortion, and racketeering.

The Deep State has been dragging their feet on this, but this is inevitable. Trump will see it through even if he has to fire Sessions and Rosenstein in the future.

Yup. he can fire Sessions and Rosenstein.

The thing is though, the senate will not confirm any replacement for Sessions. And they will not adjourn the Senate, just to keep him from making a recess appointment.

Trump would have to fire people and move people into the AG spot until he finds one with integrity. He might end up with a very low-level person...but if they have integrity I will take them.

Trump possibly could bypass Sessions and Rosentien by employing another federal DA who will follow orders to prosecute. Dana Boente the DA for Eastern Virginia has resigned. I’ve read Trump is personally giving much attention for his replacement.

"Yup. he can fire Sessions and Rosenstein."

ICYMI, Lindsey Graham came out today with another warning, "There will be holy hell to pay if Trump fires Mueller."

He said the same thing a while back when Lindsey thought he might fire Sessions. Hmmmmm...The pink-pantied pecker-puffer doth protest too much

I saw it. Yep a deja vu warning from the pink tu tu wearing Graham again. The press always runs over to get a sound bite out of Linda when they feel threatened by Trump. LoL.

“Mr. Trump can end this madness by immediately issuing a blanket presidential pardon to anyone involved in supposed collusion with Russia or Russians during the 2016 presidential campaign, to anyone involved with Russian acquisition of an American uranium company during the Obama administration, and to anyone for any offense that has been investigated by Mr. Mueller’s office. “

yeah, Rupert Murdoch’s personal anti-Trump blog, WSJ, would just LOVE Trump to do this as they know it would instantly doom the legitimacy of his Presidency, not to mention that the only ones that would benefit from such clemency would be Hillary and the Dems, since they’re the only ones that actually committed any criminal acts.

Sounds to me like a typical Swamp reaction: Now that Democrats are likely to be indicted, it’s time to shut it down.

Thanks for the ping. Sessions is radioactive, but Trump has an ace in the hole. He can fire Rosenstein. The swamp will look ridiculous if they run around doing the hair-on-fire screaming-hysteria routine over someone the average voter has never heard of. It will serve to refocus Jeff’s thoughts in a fundamental way, however. Jeff and Rosenstein are bff. If Rod gets the ax, Jeff will get the message.

Linda is playing his part in this drama...I'm just not sure exactly what role it is. I THINK it is the part of the little snot-nosed bully that is "double-dog Texas daring" Trump not to do something hoping deep down that he will (because, he's "so out of control and ust prove he's a man...you can't tell him what NOT to do") so they can spring their impeachment trap on him.

Or it could be a smokescreen....but I doubt it. One thing is for sure...it's Kabuki.
