Drive-Bys and Democrats Furiously Spin the Dossier Story

Fusion GPS coughed up the info about Hilliary and the DNC paying for the fake dossier so that Congress would STOP the SUBPOENA into their BANK ACCOUNTS!!!

I know it’s stupid to suggest this...but could there be different versions of the dossier, and Fusion sold it at different times?

From press accounts, it was an on going fabrication. It may have started off as legit early on when a republican candidate or donor paid to see what they could dig up on Trump. If I was paying for opposition research I would want to see the info in real time or near real time. It wouldn’t make any sense to wait for time sensitive info unless you know it was bogus.

So basically....Fusion might have made $20-million off the early edition (that the GOP candidate might have paid for), and later-edition (that the Democrats and FBI paid for)?

And if the bank records come out...they might not show some of these payments? (I’m only guessing here)

I'd have to question some of the amounts reportedly paid for the research. I could see hundreds of thousands of dollars but not millions unless the billable rate is $5K per hour. Hillary and the DNC paid the DC law firm and then they paid Fusion according to reports. The DC law firm likely got paid money to FEC compliance as well.

The reason they don't want bank records to come out is it likely to show who is digging up dirt on who in the swamp. I would think it would put Fusion out of business.

The fact that there have always been dirty whores willing to do anything for money and always will be dirty whores willing to do anything for money doesn’t excuse the particularly nasty one staring us in the face right in the here and now. This is a major, major thing that they’ve set off, trying to nullify a Presidential election.

I agree. What is really appalling is the lack of help Trump got in the early days of his presidency by republicans. Something is seriously wrong in DC. Unfortunately, It took Trump to expose it.
