Me too. I played from age 12 until about 15, I was absolutely obsessed. After Little League, played in Senior Little League (not Pony League—for reasons I have no idea about).
Umped for awhile, too.
Then came surfing and girls and cars. That mostly replaced baseball, but still not to the extent, that I didn’t still listen to Dodger games on the radio, off and on again to the present.
I still remember Koufax’s perfect game in 1965.
