One of the craziest World Series games I've seen. Houston eeks out a win in eleven innings.

Great game!

Los Angeles should have left their starting pitcher in. He was lights out. Over managed and it cost them.

Houston has been lights out at home. Edge goes to the Astros now.

MLB ratings up! NFL tanking.

I just read Houston scored the most runs in series history.

Now, if the league doesn’t make the Astros open the roof because it’s not fair because it’s too loud.

Good news is, Dodgers got to Verlander. He ain't about nothin'.

Bad news is, Astros got to Jansen. :(

Thanks to the Second Base Ump being so big, Houston survived. If that pick-off throw goes into center field, the Dodgers most likely score the winning run.

i dont care what anyone says..baseball in the greatest game ever invented. Sure, it can drag at times (hitters got to quit stepping out after every pitch), but man. that was a GREAT game. No running out the clock in baseball..you gotta earn it. I picked Astros in 6...cant wait til game 3!

5 home runs in the extra innings, WOW...the Dodgers manager screwed the pooch bad in this game i thought.

He left down 3-1. We got to him.

If Jansen hadn't gave it up, I'd be doin' the Dodger dance right about now.

Now that we've cracked the Verlander code, it's over for the A.L. boys.

They have yet to solve the Kershaw puzzle, though I'm a bit worried about Jansen right about now.

Yep Mgr. Roberts lost this one for the Dodgers. In addition to what you said... Dodgers had a runner on third in the 7th with one out and he let’s Peterson a .218 average hitter whom strikes out all the time bat. All the Dodgers needed was someone to put the ball in to play and their up 4 to 1 and likely win that game in 9 innings. Peterson wiffs and it wasn’t even close. Doesn’t matter that Peterson hit a home earlier in the game. He is a boom or mostly bust player. You needed a ground ball or fly ball and it’s 2 games to none going to Houston.

Good point re Peterson. He was swinging for a home run when he just needed to get the ball in play. Was a poor at bat.

Some crazy plays — the hat stopping the ball; bouncing off the umpire at second base; home run derby in the late innings.

Shaping up to be a classic series.

Tape ran out for several minutes so missed an inning near the end.

Wow, right. 8 HRs. Most ever in WS. And only 13 runs total.

Now that was a fun game to watch. Starting off with the legendary Vin Scully and Fernando Valenzuela, who I haven't seen since the '80s, and then on to one of the wildest games I've ever seen. And the cherry on top is that the Dodgers lost.

I've been reading that viewership for the World Series is declining - a lot of people missed out tonight.
