This could have easily been avoided had Goodell fixed the problem right from the beginning.

At last week's meetings, owners discussed making a dramatic shift from paper game tickets to all-digital ticketing, which will be in place for the 2018 season, sources told ESPN. I'm glad they're going to go with this, in order to handle the unprecedented rush of fans who are eager to pay through the nose to by told that America sucks, by a bunch of millionaires.

NFL's attention has been diverted to handling the anthem issue, which has affected TV ratings, merchandise sales and the country's feelings about football. That's the take away ...

I never thought Trump’s opening anthem salvo was a coincidence. Back in mid August Goodell was coasting toward a five year contract extension. They were putting the finishing touches on it. Then Trump spoke during a big rally about firing those who disrespect the anthem. Totally derailed Goodell’s glide path to a second term. No way it was happenstance.

These owners are complete idiots if they choose to renew a contract for an imbecile who’s caused an unprecedented loss of revenue.
What business model follows this logic? Socialism 101?

Maybe he should have asked Benghazi Clinton if he could borrow her balls as she wouldn’t be needing them due to her failed presidential bid.

Poetic justice! Hit the bastards in the pocket book. What were the price for these same seats BEFORE those idiots started protesting?

Its a shame Trump cant fire Roger. He is the President. At the least, he should cause him to be fired.

Goodell is the symptom. The disease is the near complete takeover of corporate America by the progressive Left.

Like hoping the “Three Black Female Congresswomen of the Apocalypse” ( aka Waters, Wilson, and Jackson-Lee) keep up their incessant moronic prattling, having the NFL owners keep Goodell is a “good thing.” Under his “leadership,” the NFL has nowhere to go but down.

So, why do you suppose all of these owners are willing to stand by while socialism completely takes over? What does that do to their ownership/investment??
