Actually, no, they didn’t. The expectation was Hillary would be President and with single payer, most insurance companies would go out of business and the rest rolled up into one company, probably funded by Goldman Sachs.

These two together should allow us to get insurance that meets OUR needs, not the bureaucrats'.
