He should include companies that move to Sanctuary States or cities.
Yesssssss...
He really should get Bitch and Ryan to pass his tax plan first. With a 15 to 20 percent corporate tax and a territorial tax system, a lot of this crap will stop even before Trump drops the other shoe, so to speak.
YES!!!!!!!!
Needs to include outsourced IT work. Lots of over 40 IT people unemployed (but no longer being tracked as unemployed.) Many companies proclaim a tech worker shortage... BS! There are countless over 40 techies that have been purged for offshore workers and millennials.
Campaign promise?
It appears Reuters has given-up on hiring native speakers of English to write their articles.
Including IT is a must! The H1B fiasco is killing this critical industry.
Conversely, we still need to reduce regulations on companies.
Will this make it harder for a US company to manufacture overseas and sell here than it does for an overseas firm to manufacture in their own country and sell here?
Will this mean use of more us labor or will it merely allow importation of the foreign labor formerly working overseas?
Don’t get so excited. If it’s a bill it will never see the light of day. At least not until after we’ve fired Ryan, McConnell & Co.
Exactly. We’re not really a beacon of freedom if we don’t allow business owners to compete with other multinationals on sourcing, where necessary.
Just make the US a magnet for business instead.
I would be interested in hearing from anyone who has insight into Microsoft’s outsourcing policies. Just browsing the YouTube Microsoft tutorial videos covering their software products might just convince you that Microsoft has it’s headquarters in New Delhi, India rather than Redmond, Washington.
There is just an overabundance of Indian Computer Science types narrating those “learn how to program in some language” or “learn how to use Microsoft software products” type tutorials.
From this observation it seems obvious that Microsoft hires a lot of software developers from India. Good English language skills, good technical skills and CHEAP. That makes good business sense for Microsoft so it is hard to fault them for that. And I suspect that at least some of thee guys and gals eventually end up in the U.S. an get paid a competitive wage. Or maybe not. I really don’t know.
What I do know is that they make lousy tutorials. That sing song accent just drives me nuts and I basically never watch then as a result.
H1B workers are of course making US tech production more competitive.
But I’m all for a decade moratorium on immigration if that’s what it takes to get our country right again.
See my Post 14. I agree with you.
And put a tax on outsourced $$$ to Mexico
And end the nfl tax exemption
And its anti trust exemption
“Trump, a New York real estate developer reality television host, has struggled to translate his business experience into government success, failing to push through any major legislative victories.”
More fake news! brought you you by CNBC (”Continuing Nothing But Clinton”)
The good news here is that nobody watches CNBC.
“Needs to include outsourced IT work.”
And “call centers” in “Elephant-Rider Land!”
I'll grant you that they're CHEAP. You get what you pay for.
