Yep, my daughter was shot twice because she was living with a drug dealer. She is white, so it was just her privilege.

No mention of what drugs we being sold. And where the supplies were coming from.
Sounds like a dealer who only sells and retains his own personal stash for his recreational use.
Frontline did a 2 hour special on the opioid crises in the Seattle area. Eye opener. Middle aged houswives, hooked on opioids, dealing through cartel lines of supply in order to maintain a habit brought on by reckless doctors who successfully over prescribed painkillers befor the Feds stepped in. The tragedy are the addicts left in the wake of malpractice. That is what you call victimless crime? The victims are the former patients still terribly hooked on controlled substance.
Some college boy looking for a freebie through dealing should receive the maximum allowable, and caned weekly for the duration.

Every experienced LEO whose opinion I have heard has said that no one ever really kicks heroin.
