I work with a PE who is Puerto Rican and moved to Florida last year.
Puerto Ricans really are flooding Florida now. They just might help turn it blue before long. We shall see.

i work in the utility industry, so most people are conservatives, even the union members. Every PR is know at work is hard-core conservative and old school RCC. OK then, how did she get elected, with all those conservative residents there?

It should happen under Trump. It is inevitable PR will eventually either become a state or the new Cuba. If PR becomes a state under the auspices of Republicans, that guarantees the best possible outcome.
