Don’t buy property in shitty neighborhoods and you don’t need an HOA.
I have respect and if I owned a home would keep it clean and quiet. But I wouldn’t buy a home if I had to be part of an HOA.
My property, my home, I guess you don’t understand what that means because you are obviously part of an HOA. It’s funny because you “own” your home and property, but if the HOA decides you don’t, guess what, you lose it. Most HOAs have outrageous requests, rules, and “taxes” that go to the treasurer and are never seen again. They are a joke, and I don’t really care what you have to say.
I can tell you’re one of those tyrannical HOA types that goes around looking for violations to punish.

I hope a family of drug dealers moves in next door to you. And that wonderful neighborhood you moved into will fast become one of those shitty neighborhoods you would never move into.

Thought you didn’t care what I have to say. Guess you lied. Be sure and put out a welcome sign to the drug dealers and enjoy the midnight basketball games.

So, if you were to walk around and ask locals what war this particular tank might have fought in...what answer would you get? Ill take a guess at least 90-percent will guess the Iraq or Balkans War. Military history can be confusing and complex. si fueris Rōmae, Rōmānō vīvitō more:

WW2 M18 Hellcats may not have fought their last combat action. There are still several in service in Venezuela, modernized in the 1990s; M18s participated in front line combat during the Yugoslavian Civil Wars (to reportedly a number of ex-Soviet WW2 tanks and post-war APCs terminal surprise) and remain in active inventory in many of the successor states that arose from that. I saw Serbian M10 tank destroyers in Bosnia circa 1990-'91. Those that had been fitted with the 90mm main gun remained so equipped, those that had been built with the 3-inch TD gun had been refitted with an ex-Soviet 85mm. Some of the Israeli M-50 upgunned Shermans and SP artillery pieces of the late 1950s and '60s and used into the 1967 and 1973 wars were built on M10 chassis and running gear as well.
