I have had many career dealings with “black” Americans and persons from Africa.
It is not scientific and just my anecdotal experience but to me the Africans demonstrated less racial prejudgement of “whites” and other non-blacks.
In terms of hiring I think the mix of my “black” hires were 50/50 - half American “blacks” and half immigrants from Africa &or “black” from the Caribbean.
Well, they should be good to go the other six days of the week. (Seriously, who writes such crap articles?)
Some pay full international price. Others are the children of African immigrants, born here, and tend to come from married educated families. Higher average educational attainment if Christian than the average population.
If Muslim, you have the Somali immigrants whose children are joining Al Shabab.
coincidentally, I’ve been watching a few videos about this phenomenon. Nigerians are the highest wage earners right now in the US. And those from other African nations are also doing very well. Why? Because their families have a strong interest in education and, we get the best, looking to get either advanced degrees or advanced careers. Some have adopted the Japanese trait of the eldest financing the next child and so on and so on until everyone in the family has a minimum of a masters.
They do not share the ‘black slave’ theology, having dealt with tribal slavery and warfare in their own countries’ pasts, along with a thousand or more years of arab/Islamic rule. They are not ‘black’ so much as “(insert tribe here)” from Africa. There’s a strong view of American blacks as lazy and more willing to play victim than to move forward. They also resent the colorism shown towards them by the black community so they are reluctant to marry into the ‘black’ community, much less take up their sjw causes.
The propagandists, of course, have zeroed in on this, and claim that ‘whitey’ is ‘replacing’ blacks with Africans and so Africans are guilty of genocide, or something like that. Now, the solution to this all would be for the American blacks to prove the Africans wrong and stop acting the fool and start being productive. But that’s probably too easy.
There is a grain of truth to this argument. However, it's not "white supremacy" that's the problem. It's Democrat policies that have driven generations of families with government welfare taking over the role of supportive fathers in the lives of children.
