Question: Will Mississippi law still allow the GOPe to pull the same $hit on McDaniel in this race as they didn’t with Thad “the idiot” Cochran? Will the GOPe “load up” the primary to try and keep McDaniel from winning it outright so they can round up some Black RAT voters to cross over?

I now wonder if Senator Blunt and Haley Barbour will use some of their PAC money against Chris McDaniel like they did in a prior election. grrrrr

Is Sen. Wicker disliked that much in MS? I’m not that familiar with
him but he’s been in the MS elected political for a number of years.

How much cash will McConnell have to come up with to buy the black vote this time?

I hope Wicker will retire, so McDaniel will get the seat...

“State Sen. Chris McDaniel is inching closer to a 2018 bid against U.S. Sen. Roger Wicker, spurred on in part by meetings this week with former White House chief strategist Steve Bannon.”
BTTT.
If anyone has a direct line to Bannon, urge him to come to Tennessee to engineer a solitary, unabashed conservative candidate for the U.S. Senate primary next year. There will undoubtably be only one moderate squish running, likely Bill Haslam or someone equally objectionable. I'm tired of seeing Alexanders and Corkers win primaries because multiple conservatives face off against one lone pantywaist.

Ah, but Bannon was not here then.
(to paraphrase Gandalf in Moria when the orcs attacked. The dwarves had gotten massacred some years earlier when Gandalf was not there.)
Bannon supported McDaniel editorially in 2014, but now hes all in.

Not yet. But Bannon and other outside agitators can probably change things quite a lot.

Bannon is exactly the type of “outside agitator” I would welcome into my state.

Aren’t there ANY Trump loyalists on the Hill, or in DOJ/FBI who have dirt they can release on the scumbag Haley Barbour (and Jr.), Wicker or McConnell himself? There MUST be some major misdeeds that have been covered up. LEAK THEM!

Wicker's connection to the corruption in Puerto Rico needs to be highlighted. Now is the perfect time to expose it in public as Puerto Rico is showing the results of the corruption that has been spending the Federal dollars unwisely.
