What would prevent the 3-5 big players from just consolidating their 30-50 state corp.s into one massive corp and continuing to drive up prices while crushing competition and making it impossible for anyone new to ever enter the market?

Great idea. But, I don’t think it can be done legally through an executive order. That means the courts will strike it down. Why doesn’t the congress just passed it?

Ironic thing is that the RINOs in the Congress couldn't even get a single thing like this done - they never address any issue w/o adding 3 times the spending in pork so we never get even baby steps in the right direction.
