He should have announced an immediate 25% reduction in USA contributions with another 25% each year goals aren't met so he would either cause reforms or have us out by the end of his first term. The only way to get those freeloader's attention is to hit them in the wallet.

All things in their time. I watched his address and he hit a perfect combination of "polite smack-down" and "you can do better" while also intimating that we pay the lion's share and those who are deadbeats ought to start thinking about it.
Will be interesting to see what he says today.
Those who just read about it may not be getting the full perspective.
