Some around here claim they are out of fuel today, but will have fuel on Monday, Which they will sell for twice what they paid for it. That’s how they skirt the price gouging law. The neighbors kid works there, that’s how I know!
But, when it hit N.J., what was it?
Nice....this is what a real President does!
Read what I posted....
Sandy briefly weakened to a tropical storm and then restrengthened to a Category 1 hurricane. Early on October 29, Sandy curved west-northwest (the left turn or left hook) and then[10] moved ashore near Brigantine, New Jersey.
You can believe the political spun definition if you choose. I don’t know if you recall, Super storm Sandy, was named after a push by the Obama admin to change the way weather was introduced to the public. It was all a push to invoke public fear and promote global/ climate change. I’ve lived through a few, and responded to many. Why didn’t they call it Super Hurricane Sandy?
I read what you copied.
Yup. Having lived through the 2004 - 2005 hurricane seasons in FL I've long thought I'd rather have NO price controls. Gas was simply non-existent in some circumstances. Had the price allowed to fluctuate with demand there would have least been SOME gas for everyone instead of a a lot of gas for a few and none for everyone else.
Bush did this gas escort too after Charley. I thought it was pretty cool :)
Nothing like allowing usury that hurts those most in need as a “solution”....
