“It’s been six months, and people are still crying at their desks,” one EPA staffer said.”
They sound psychologically unfit for their duties.
Fire them.

Six months after President Donald Trump's inauguration, employees at the Environmental Protection Agency are still "crying at their desks."Genuine scientists would welcome the opportunity to validate their findings, justify their assumptions, defend their data, and explain their methodology.
On the other hand those EPA employees who do not need facts and information to justify their foregone conclusions, will be unhappy, especially if they know, deep down, that they have been perpetuating a hoax.
