After over 1 year on the market, my house in Mississippi sold yesterday. However, I have changed my mind. I think I want to move back into it! I got my price and the woman even wants to buy several pieces of my furniture, but after considering everything, (including CA's politics) I think I'll be better off returning to Mississippi. I have not signed anything!
I have not slept since I agreed to sell. Thankfully, I made some demands in the counter offer so maybe that will kill the deal. The buyer wanted me to lease my house to them for 6 months while they "got their financing" ... I didn't like that at all, so I said the rent would be $3k per month, + lawyer fees to get them out, should any trouble occur.

I'll soon be running on vodka.
