I don’t see what they are going to charge the guy with after the moment the mob attacked his vehicle. Everything up to that point seems like he can be charged, but the girls death happened after she and her commie friends attacked the vehicle. Regardless, the mob will not be pleased with the charges available to the prosecutors.
