Here is LS's post from another thread:
The anti-McM stuff is really getting old. He is OPPOSED to the Iran deal, has written against it extensively. You all really need to read Thomas Wictors extensive twitter threads on McM.
I was just in WH Friday with Gorka & Bannon. No question McM is a globalist and as a general favors big power. But hes done some good things, I was told and he is more than offset by other people in the Administration. There was no language about him being a leaker or involved in a coup, rather just another department that has different views.
Now, you ask, why keep anyone who doesnt hold your views 100%? You might have asked that question of George Washington, whose cabinet was totally opposed to each other (Jefferson & Hamilton), or Lincoln (whose cabinet all thought they were smarter than Lincoln and who almost ALL disagreed with him on everything). The point is a strong Pres. not only can handle this but NEEDS opposing points of view, if only to have the correct point of view better illuminated.
If Bannon isnt concerned, and if Gorka isnt concerned and if DT isnt concerned, maybe some people here are too concerned? Otherwise, what you are really saying is you dont trust Trump or you think he isnt smart enough to see what is happening, or what views are being presented.

If that name was mine I would run with it
everywhere including FR. On the other hand,
if you live with it all of your life along
with your relatives then I could see that
the novelty of it could be slim, if at all.
Unfortunately what I said was an absolute fact on Susan Rice. She doesn’t have the security clearance everyone claims she does. McMaster is a NeoCon, but the “Anti-Jewish” and “Pro-Islam” stuff is dubious at best and appears to be contradicted by other sources which actually describe McMaster as wanting Trump to pull out of Obama’s Iran deal, not the other way around. What’s the truth? Right now no one is interested.
There is a deliberate campaign to misrepresent McMaster. Yes, he is a Neocon, but he’s not being attacked for that.
Be wary of Bannon, who I know for a fact used to spread disinformation in favor of Ted Cruz and other candidates before it became clear that Trump was the odds on favorite. Breitbart was even selling user data to Ted Cruz’s campaign without any type of public acknowledgment that this was going on, or that this was the purpose of their weekly polls. The problem is that conservative memory is short, and people like Bannon are masters at reinventing themselves and making people believe things have never been different.
I’m not saying this merely to be controversial. It’s a fact and I can prove all these points.
Conservatives must be wise and not assume that everyone on our side really are on our side. The Glenn Beck fiasco, Ben Shapiro, National Review, etc., should have taught us this.
