Friend of mine goes to local Reno VA hospital regularly. He walks in, & goes directly to the TV & changes it from CNN to Fox. Seems CNN is bothering the vets, also.
As a frequent flier it pains me to have to listen to CNN in the waiting areas. Worst of all many foreign visitors have to hear their drivel as well which gives them a dim view of the USA. Since all Major Airports are taxpayer funded why has CNN have a monopoly on airports?
Journalism is negative, and journalists know it: “If it bleeds, it leads.”Nevertheless, journalists claim that journalism is objective. IOW, journalists claim that negativity is objectivity - and it is hard to improve on that as a definition of “cynicism."
