I voted for Trump because I felt “he got it.”
I’m tired of unctuous conservative intellectuals who say we must be gentlemanly, polite and roll with the punches.
The hell you say! We’ve got a country to save.
AMEN!
MTCRs are nothing more than phony conservatives intent on saving their 30 year bipartisan policy of changing the demographic makeup of the country through non-enforcement of law and borders.
This is crap.
I am a conservative critic of Trump. There isn’t much to criticize though. Don’t mind his tweets or personality or manner of speech or gregariousness. I like a lot of the little things like the way he frames the debate about Islam, I like that he cancelled the Ramadan dinner at the White House....etc....
...BUT HE NEEDS TO BUILD THE DAMN WALL AND GET RID OF OBAMACARE LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD!!!!!!!!!
He needs to shut everything down until these get done.
I have seen no evidence of that, except for the meme popularized by the Ever Trump bots.
Trump has done a number of good things, as everyone acknowledges. He hasn't been a perfect president -- no one is, not even President Reagan, who was the best president of my lifetime easily. When a president does something we disagree with -- such a throwing his weight behind the AHCA -- he deserves and needs to be criticized.
Trump fights!
There just part of the RICO organization (Washington D.C.)
Uh, Dave? They aren’t conservatives.
David Limbaugh, yet another conservative coming around to Trump.
Conservative to them just means keeping the status quo.
MAGA-nanimous.
To be fair that’s a dictionary definition of conservative.
The problem with that is that America, indeed God’s creation itself, is far from one-dimensional.
Shut everything down.
How childish.
I won’t advise Atlas how to juggle the world before actually studying it all.
David Limbaugh still waking up from Cubanadian Cruz lossssss?
Globalist Corporate Whores, disguised as “Conservatives”. They would have six year olds work 12 hours a day if they could get away with it.
Elitist snob Krauthammer is the main who that makes me want to puke. When talking about Trump he sounds like he’s still Walter Mondale’s speech writer. Krauthammer and Bernard Goldberg should go ahead and switch back to being the democrats they’ve always been. Both think Thrump is a mental midget not smart enough to be president and I’ll bet that both of them voted for Hillary Clinton.
When the bombs are exploding, bullets flying, and the hordes of viciously hateful and evil Leftists are engaged in a no-holds-barred assault on our President and nation. . .its time to circle the wagons and protect our guy!!! The intensity of the Left's determination to destroy Trump should be matched by our intensity to protect him. . .leave the jots and tittles for later.
At this point, any “conservative” critics of Trump need an emergency visit to the proctologist’s office to remove a cranial obstruction to their rectal passageways.
David, we accept your support, NOW, but let us not forget where you were.
” I won’t delve into Trump’s apparent lack of presidential temperament and public deportment.....they betray values that don’t strike me as particularly conservative.”
“He prefers to work with the uncompromising, extremist left, represented by Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi, rather than defeat it.”
” he evinces no understanding of conservative ideology and much less of the Constitution and its design of limited government.”
“Under some political pressure, Trump promises to appoint strict constructionists to the Supreme Court, but there is no indication he has any real commitment to this vital principle.”
“It’s not just on economic issues that Trump betrays an alarming lack of knowledge. Indeed, Trump substitutes slogans for serious policy proposals on many issues, and conservatives instinctively know that he doesn’t get it — that he’s not even interested in getting it.”
“No presidential candidate in my lifetime has demonstrated less command of the issues than Trump....”
“...Trump’s conservative bona fides are in doubt, from affirmative action to the Second Amendment to universal health care to religious liberty to the Iran nuclear deal to his professed neutrality on Israel and Palestine to his dubious support of life...”
“I could better understand the support behind Trump if there weren’t an infinitely superior candidate in Ted Cruz, who would specifically address the problems that plague us — and without abandoning the principles that made America unique in the first place.”
