Yes, I loaded up on Atrion Corp stock back in September 1999 when I left employment with my then employer & transferred a substantial size 401K to an IRA. I have let that investment ride. ;-)

I didn’t say that. In fact, I think the Tesla is one hell of a car, and it is blazingly fast.
But the people I see here in CA driving them are not going to the drag strip with them on Wednesday nights. My point was that they don’t really help the environment, unless you have a non-fossil fueled source for the electricity they consume. And beyond that, the battery production is said to emit enough CO2 to cover eight years of operating an IC- engined car.
