Why do supposedly intelligent people lie so easily.
The lie? It’s a “Muslim” travel ban.
That’s an impossible lie. It involves but a tiny minority of countries with a majority Muslim population. It involves none of the largest Muslim majority countries in the world. It involves none of the leading Muslim nations in the world, by any measure of that attribute. Altogether the travel ban does not apply to the vast majority of Muslims in the world. How can it be a “Muslim” ban? It can’t.
The Muslim majority nations it does involve have some measure of extremist violent terrorist activity ongoing within them. THAT performs the basis of the ban. If THAT was not the case, then surely the nations of Turkey, Jordan, Egypt, Tunisia, Algeria, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, the U.A.E., Kuwait, India, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, and the Philippines - among others would be part of the travel ban. They’re not. Why? It’s not a “Muslim” travel ban.

It is about whether or not the President has the right to impose such a restriction.
