if Mueller being appointed as Special Counsel isn't a set up to take Trump out, then why did Rosenstein appoint Mueller given the "no evidence factor" before and or since the appointment? There is plenty of evidence against Hillary Clinton committing crimes, when will a Special Counsel be appointed to investigate her?

Answer: this will be a long drawn out investigation to ruin Trump's reelection in 2020. For now, the establishment has their people in the Senate and the House to keep Trump and his policies at bay until they can get rid of him.
