Do you understand the full scope of influence of Judaic Law?
"Influence" is not "foundation." What is your claim and what is your evidence? I have no interest in attempting to nail Jell-o to a wall.
He needs funding - which is at Congress' discretion under the Constitution. Checks and balances, and all that.

Marijuana should be regulated by the government.
Your argument seems to be that individuals should be allowed to put anything of their own choosing into their body.

Total agreement on research. I really think that verified research purposes should be allowed to import/buy/transport (whichever applies) all of the marijuana they need without the onerous restrictions that are currently applied. For example, it currently cost an incredible amount of money (thousands?) for a half ounce of Federally legal marijuana.
Even if Congress continues to make it illegal, hampering objective research does no good for society.
Should be left to state governments. You are applauding Sessions wanting to overrule state decisions.

The Declaration of Independence leans in the direction I stated - and you have still not given any reason to think this is outweighed by the "influence" of Judaic Law in a federal government founded by no Jews and many Christians, whom Christ freed from Judaic Law.
