I appreciate your honesty. I live in a wealthy prt of CT and there has been talk of restoring tolls to route 95, which is the main artery in the area. The wealthy are generally for it for just the reason you offer. Poor working stiffs, not so much.
Tolls are still being collected on the San Luis Pass bridge in Galveston. For what?
