Good piece...the media will have a field day. It would be like one of us running for office (say Kaslin) is discovered as owning Ford stock. Then (and this is hypothetical, but certainly possible) the media gets their hands on it, researches Ford, and finds that they encourage their employees to donate to the United Way, who then donates to planned parenthood.
HEADLINE: While Mr. Kaslin ‘claims’ to be Anti-Abortion, his Money shows Otherwise
The media would put half their reporters just on his taxes and have a headline ready for every damn day until Trump was out of office...at least.
The reason why politicians were dogged to reveal their tax statements was to see if they were illegally profiting from public office. The dhimmicrats have come to embrace this sort of corruption as an acceptable and natural course of doing business so examining tax statements has become a moot point.
Not legally (see what I did there...?!)
Exactly, it’s not in the Constitution
I disagree. It’s no one’s business. Would you like me to look at your tax return? I don’t think so.
Yes, they did, but there is no law that they had to. Like you I also give a crap
Pinkbell wrote, “...Im not sure if hell be able to get away with it next campaign.”
Which is precisely why he should nip it in the bud, right now. He should have done this earlier, but we can’t put that toothpaste back in the tube.
Trump needs to issue a succinct, concise statement, “I will not release ANY of my IRS-filed tax forms for any reason. Those documents are between me and the IRS; no one else.”
Done. Then, anytime the question comes up, just point to the statement.
Democrats are the kind of people where if you give in to every one of their demands they will simply come up with a new list of demands.
The complaining is permanent. This problem can not be solved. Let them complain about the same thing every year, it will make them look even dumber.
