Cracked me up; knew what was coming before I watched it (four times.)
There’s a Seinfeld clip for pretty much every stupid thing that happens, especially in politics.
TRUMP: “Is Comey in Los Angeles?”
SESSIONS: “Yes”
TRUMP: “Are your folks ready to move on his office?”
SESSIONS: “Yes”
TRUMP: “Notify the media. He’s Fired!”
SESSIONS(One hour later): “We moved on his offices and took out everything. Computers, files, the works. We have recordings, etc. We took it all. Once his plane lands we will remove all government property from his possession!”
TRUMP: “Great, now on to Operation Drain the Swamp Part 2,3,4,5....”.
SESSIONS: “Yes sir!”
Indeed. Lots of parody opportunities with Seinfeld.
Wonder if they searched his plane for any stashed devices?
“If you believe it, it’s not a lie.”
That was funny...the actor playing the sweater owner was James Spader.
'manipulate people through commission of felonious acts.'
Yes, that is wrong.
Who knew? If I ask Pelosi, Reid, Obama, McCain, Romney, or any other enemy of our country, I doubt they will see anything wrong with that sleazy crime. How was Comey supposed to know better after life in the Swamp?
different episode. James Spader was in the one he didn’t want to lend George his sweater because he stretched out the neck hole with his huge melon head.
To lend or not to lend - Spader was in the mix somewhere :-) Thanks for the clarification.
The evidence suggests everyone but the American people was in on Mueller’s appointment . Given the clear fraud involved, does anything think Rosenstein’s appointment could be un-done?
Undoing a special counsel is extremely difficult. It’s like firing an FBI Director that everyone thinks deserves to be fired; the insiders will still pretend it’s for nefarious reasons and pretend it’s a scandal.
I’d rather see President Trump ignore the investigation - and simultaneously work publicly with Russia on things the American people want to see done. Use the Clinton model on that one: “it’s old news”. After a few dozen joint Russian-American strikes on terrorist camps, even the insiders will lose interest in “Russia”.
"When I was a little girl in Panama, a rich American came to our town and he was wearing the softest most beautiful sweater. I said to him, "what do you call this most beautiful fabric?", and he said "they call it cashmere". I repeated the words "cashmere, cashmere". I asked if I could have it, and he said "No. Get away from me." Then he started walk away. But I grabbed onto his leg screaming for him to give me the sweater and he dragged me through the street. And then he kicked at me with the other foot and threw some change at me. Oh, but I didn't want the change Georgie. I wanted the cashmere."
