That sort of depends on how you define “wind”!
In regions where the density of the Sun is somewhat similar to that of Earth’s troposphere, I believe things are moving around quite a bit. Can anyone verify this?

That “global repaving” of Venus sounds like rough stuff, even for a pretty extreme planet.
Since the rise of the Himalayas, it may be that Earth is heading in the direction of Mars. Even if humans can have an effect (without involving space-born modification of Solar “input”) it is likely to be relatively short term...
