Have you considered actually reading post two, which I was responding to, and seeing if my post is comprehensible taken in the context that provides?
“Rasmussen ... has Trump at 48 percent approval.”
I don’t believe that. Some polls a couple weeks ago showed that if the election were held today, Trump would beat Hillary.
The survey was done polling single individuals. “Electoral college” was NOT a factor. So that means that Trump would win the popular vote as well as the electoral college vote.
I saw the Montana election in particular as a test of President Trump. Gianforte faced heavy negative coverage, including “assault” charges and accusations that were partially walked back late on election day and “Russia” connection allegations. It looks like the early voting and Election Day voting matched, so the last minute sensationalism had no effect. The Republican won, as expected in a normal election there.
My read on this special election: Conservatives and right-leaning swing voters completely dismissed any negative news about a Republican. Hitting, choking, or body-slamming a reporter would normally have made a republican candidate look bad and hurt special election turnout, but it just didn’t matter. Liberals and left-leaning swing-voters are not motivated by yet another “scandal”, particularly those that sound like mini-Trump accusations. The latest liberal AstroTurf meme has burnt out, both as a motivator and as a vote-suppression tool, if it ever had any force.

The latest poll numbers are out. Rasmussen (the most accurate poll of the 2016 election) has Trump at 48 percent approval. It’s important to note that’s just about the exact same place he was at when he was elected president- just under half the country supports him. Since we come out to vote in much higher numbers...and we have an electoral edge in Midwest battleground states...48 percent is all Trump needs to win re-election again. Keep in mind that’s after the two worst weeks in the history of modern presidents. That’s after two weeks of the most biased, vicious, negative...history. That’s after firing the FBI Director.

DACA was started by Obama with an executive order and it will have to be ended the same way.
Trump promised to do that on day one and has not done it, in fact he recently said he won’t and told those illegal aliens to rest easy. The courts are not blocking the end of DACA, Trump is.
The courts are blocking his travel ban executive order.
Great pic! Thanks for posting. Fight on!
