If you’ve ever been exposed to pickpockets, you know that they often use a diversion to draw attention away from the hand that’s sliding into your pocket.
Same with the grooming gangs. Reported. Ignored.

How about the Garland TX attack where an FBI agent or informant was part of the plot and was at the scene.
And they were expected to do something???
Terror, like poverty and the “War on Drugs”, is a “government industry” that funnels massive taxpayer resources to the government worker caste (the front lines of the Deep State). This pseudo industry would collapse if the work was taken seriously.
