The *target disk,* so-called from an early generation of it provided on a CD format with an circular target label, has been in existence and distributed since at least the early 1980s, when it was first distributed in a folder of floppy disks. The only cost for a copy is the agreement to make and distribute two additional copies, and see that they get into deserving hands; additionally local, regional, national and functional editions now also exist, with the same distribution requirement. The last version I received was on two computer flash drive sticks, which together are a tad longer than my thumb.

If you have not received a copy, it may well have nothing to do with any thoughts that you're unworthy or a security risk; someone may have earmarked you for a delivery at the right specific time, or as part of a coordinated widespread effort; in particular as a retaliatory response to a presidential assassination or coup in the next 4/8 years or other deserving event of coordinated national treason. In the meantime, research and develop your own local area and develop your own personal skills and reseau of those you'd want on your side in such times. Minutemen, they used to call them a couple of hundred years ago....

Mr. Soros is 87 years of age. He will likely not be around for many more years. And I bet the fight for his financial assets following his demise will be a squabble over who can best stuff their pockets with the loot, not accomplish the goals Soros has so far failed to achieve.

Technically it's not a coup, because the military isn't seizing power.

It is not at all uncommon for the military to not be the driving force behind a coup, as in the one staged by Fidel Castro that was successful once Cuban Dictator Batista fled the country with several senior military leaders, and Castro's insurgents seized the spoils of victory.

True, a coup is not successful until the military either joins in with the coup-plotters or is neutralized by them.
