So you’re saying Weiner has grounds for an appeal?
His appeal would be that the federal law is unconstitutional. Probably would go nowhere although we need a lot of challenges to a lot of unconstitutional federal laws. The charges would have to be changed to be based on state law and he would again appear in federal court. Weiner would still be a weiner.

Wonder if he works? If not, where does his income come from? Does she have to pay alimony? Where does her income come from? Oh - that’s a stupid question. She’s probably been schooled in all the Clinton money grubbing schemes so that shouldn’t be a problem....What pension would he have? I don’t think he served in the House long enough for a pension - needs to be 5 years, I think?
I’m wrong - he was there for 12 years so apparently does get some pension...
Why didn’t he get solicitation of a minor?
