No, of course no one with a functioning brain cell would want it. I think it will just continue as it is, with blacks picking off whites, with sickening regularity. Sometimes a white may do some blacks in, but very rarely.

The thing is, there are also plenty of blacks picking off blacks. But it's not a universal trait by any measure. There are problem areas, and problem people, and the problems seem considerably more prevalent among the black community. But that shouldn't give one reason to paint with too wide a brush.
There are problems in inner city neighborhoods, and have been for decades. Just look at Chicago, or most any large, dense city. And those problems tend to occur mostly in black neighborhoods. But that said, I don't really think it's a trait of race but rather a trait of poor upbringing. Environmental influences as opposed to innate causes. Hanging with a bad crowd, not born a thug.

I've got a better idea: some fine day the black community could rise up and kill every single gang banger (without exception) in their midst no matter whose precious darling they once were.
Pretty much instantly the rates of crime, of habitual criminals terrorizing and preying upon their black neighbors, will fall dramatically and you can bet it would be a long while before thugs who happen to be black would ever be so bold as they are now.
You do realize that using the word “rope” in a sentence about a black now carries a longer jail sentence than a black murdering someone... tsk tsk
