I’m surprised no one has yet mentioned Capt. John Trimmer’s timeless classic, “How to Avoid Large Ships”. It has 1,390 positive reviews on Amazon, and every one is worth reading. One reviewer claimed that the book had changed his life. After reading it, the largest thing he was hit by was a diesel bus.
